Eric serves as the Executive Director of Latino LinQ, where he brings vision and dedication to advocating for the Latinx LGBTQIA+ community in Georgia. He first joined Latino LinQ in 2019 as a committed board member, offering his expertise and passion, and later transitioned into the role of Executive Director to deepen his impact within the organization.
Before joining Latino LinQ, he accumulated years of invaluable experience in healthcare and clinical settings, focusing on supporting providers in delivering culturally responsive care to the Latinx population in Chattanooga, TN. He has spearheaded improvements that significantly increased HIV testing accessibility and improved linkage to PrEP for those at risk, ensuring comprehensive care and support for the community.
In addition to his healthcare experience, he has a background in political advocacy, having worked on state and U.S. congressional campaigns for candidates in Georgia, where he cultivated skills in policy development and community engagement.
With a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and empowerment, he continues to guide Latino LinQ toward creating meaningful and lasting change for the communities it serves.
